• Generous all cotton Linens and Bath towels

• We can provide, separately, food and grocery stocking service for folks that don't have the time when they first arrive. 

• Washer and Dryer is shared with owners unit below.

• ROKU equipped flat screen

• Desks available for all three bedrooms on request.

House Rules

• Cats welcome ( No dogs, sorry, the owner's puppy is friendly but spooked by his 4 legged bretheren)

• No smoking or vaping please.

• We love our awesome neighbors, please respect quiet times from 10 PM to 8 AM

• No dancing or loud music please

• Backyard access is not available ( belongs to the downstairs owner)

• Garage is not available ( sorry) BUT Plenty of free and easy parking across the street and around the neighborhood.
